Human Anti-CD63 antibody ELISA Kit

This kit is based on indirect ELISA detection method and takes 3h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with antigen. HRP-antibody is used as detection antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add HRP-detection antibody, then it binds with CD63-Ab bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of CD63-Ab in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

What should I do if the shipment arrives warm?
Photograph the package and contact us the same day. Do not use the kit until we have confirmed it is still within specification.

My background is too high. What should I check?
The usual causes are insufficient washing, contaminated buffers, or too much detection antibody. Our Protocol pages cover the full troubleshooting sequence.
Can I run fewer wells than the kit provides?
Yes. Dismountable microplates let you use part of a plate and reseal the rest with the desiccant supplied.

Something did not work. What do you need from me?
Send the catalogue number, the lot, your protocol deviations and the raw OD values. That is usually enough to identify the cause.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
Yes, per lot. Ask for it with the catalogue number and lot number.
