Human Anti-FOLR1 (Folate receptor alpha) antibody ELISA Kit

This kit is based on indirect ELISA detection method and takes 3h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with antigen. HRP-antibody is used as detection antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add HRP-detection antibody, then it binds with Anti-FOLR1 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of Anti-FOLR1 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

At 2-8 °C unless the datasheet says otherwise. Do not freeze a kit that is not marked for freezing.
How long is an opened kit stable?
It depends on the component. The Kit Components table on this page lists the storage condition for each item after opening.
What should I do if the shipment arrives warm?
Photograph the package and contact us the same day. Do not use the kit until we have confirmed it is still within specification.

My background is too high. What should I check?

Can I run fewer wells than the kit provides?
Yes. Dismountable microplates let you use part of a plate and reseal the rest with the desiccant supplied.
