- Putative ribosomal RNA methyltransferase 2(FTSJ2), also named as FJH1 or Protein FTSJ homolog 2 is a 246 amino acid protein, which belongs to the methyl-transferase superfamily. FTSJ2 localizes in the nucleus and is widely expressed in in muscle, placenta, and heart. FTSJ2 functions as a nucleolar RNA methyl-transferase involved in eukaryotic RNA processing and modification.

How long is an opened kit stable?

What should I do if the shipment arrives warm?
Photograph the package and contact us the same day. Do not use the kit until we have confirmed it is still within specification.

My background is too high. What should I check?
The usual causes are insufficient washing, contaminated buffers, or too much detection antibody. Our Protocol pages cover the full troubleshooting sequence.
Can I run fewer wells than the kit provides?
Yes. Dismountable microplates let you use part of a plate and reseal the rest with the desiccant supplied.
